Monster are the worldwide leaders in successfully connecting people to job opportunities. From the web, to mobile, to social, they help companies find people with customised solutions and we use the world’s most advanced technology to match the right people to the right job.
Monster approached me to find a way of maximising exposure of a massive radio campaign that would reach 35 million people within the UK. Each ad contained a real-life story about how people overcame objections or barriers of finding a suitable career.
I proposed creating a series of fun but informative animations that would visualise the ads and increase the potential touch-points with the target audience.
I developed the visual style/illustrations, and commissioned Tom Carpenter and Alex Boyce to complete the motion graphics, as well as a sound designer to give the videos some more depth. Together we created three 30 second videos and a number of shorter cuts, which appeared on an array of social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. I also made a toolkit of ads (HTML5 & animated GIF) and images for social posts to help support the campaign.
To date, the videos have generated roughly 1.5Million YouTube views.
