E.ON are one of the UK’s leading power and gas companies – generating electricity, and retailing power and gas – and are part of the E.ON group, one of the world’s largest investor-owned power and gas companies employing around 12,000 people in the UK and more than 79,000 worldwide.
As a part of a social responsibility campaign, we produced an interactive Facebook App – Energy Saving Guide. It was packed with tips’n’tricks, simple quizes and interesting information. Part of the content was written by guest bloggers and the rest was researched by our copywriter. There were three main categories, Home, Kitchen & Family.
The app was built using HTML5 & CSS3 to give a richer experience and was produced within a very short timeframe. It was considered a success, hitting KPIs for interactions and content shared.
